IF YOU ARE REACHING OUT ABOUT YOUR TRACKING NUMBER PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE USING THE FORM BELOW:
The platform automatically sends a “Shipping Notification” email once a shipping label is generated. The tracking may show that it does not exist or is not updating during this time.

The link provided will begin to update once the package reaches a scan checkpoint. This process can take up to a week from the date you receive the email as the orders still have to be packed and dropped off ♡ During busy periods, like the holidays, there may be less frequent/delayed scans.
