PRE-ORDER UPDATES

  • If you purchase a pre-order, please expect to wait the specified timeframe. There is a chance that it could take longer due to factors outside of our control.

    Should there be any delays with pre-orders, updates will be made here and through social media.

    If no updates are made, you can expect your item to arrive within the estimated fulfillment date.

    If you wish for in stock items to be shipped ASAP, please check out separately.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Death Petal is based in Ontario, Canada.

  • We currently only ship within Canada and the USA.

  • Orders will be processed within 3-7 business days unless otherwise stated in the announcement bar.

    Please note: We bulk print shipping labels. This means you will receive a “Shipping Notification” once your label has been printed, but this does not mean it has been dropped off yet!

  • The following are the estimated delivery times after the tracking has updated to say it has been dropped off at the post office.

    Canada: 2–8 business days
    USA: 4–7 business days

    There is always a chance that factors outside of our control will affect delivery times. Please wait at least 4 weeks before contacting us regarding a missing order.

    Please allow extra time for holiday shipments.

  • This varies from country to country, package to package. You can preview shipping costs before checking out.

  • Since we are a Canadian company, all orders placed within Canada are subject to GST/HST and will be collected upon check out.

    Orders being shipped to the USA will be delivered duties paid (DDP). Any applicable tariffs/taxes will be collected upon check out alongside the shipping fee. This means there won't be any additional charges upon delivery!

  • If your order has been returned to sender due to an error on our end, we will resend the package ASAP.

    Any other orders that have been returned to sender will be automatically refunded minus any return and shipping fees.

  • If this happens it may be due to one of the following reasons:

    1. We bulk print shipping labels. This means you will receive a “Shipping Notification” once your label has been printed, but this does not mean it has been dropped off yet! The tracking number will work once the package reaches a scan checkpoint which can take up to a week from the date you received the email.

    2. Some tracking numbers I send manually and I may have made an error! If your tracking still hasn’t updated after a week of receiving it, feel free to reach out.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • We can cancel your order if it has not been shipped yet, please contact us.

  • Returns, refunds and exchanges will be assessed on a case by case scenario. Please contact us and provide your Order # and reason for the return or exchange.

ORDERS

  • All our prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

    If you are shopping from outside of Canada, the conversion to your home currency will be processed by your bank at the current rate.

    You can use the currency convertor at the top right of our site to view an estimate of the conversion. Please note that the final charge will be determind by your bank.

  • We can combine your shop orders and refund any shipping overage! Just send us an e-mail with the orders you'd like to combine.

    Orders will not be combined for: Black Friday/Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, Seconds Sales, or pre-orders and Kickstarters.

  • Price adjustments will be honoured if the promotion happened within 48 hours of your order and your order has not been shipped. You must contact us directly within that 48 hour period.

    Promotional codes cannot be combined.

    No price adjustments will be done for: Black Friday/Cyber Monday, Boxing Day and Flash Sales.

    Promotions do NOT apply to pre-orders unless otherwise specified.

PRODUCTS

  • Enamel pins are handmade items, there is no such thing as a perfect pin! We do our best to ensure the best quality is sent out. If you have an issue with your order, contact us.

  • Manufacturer recommendation is to spot clean with warm/hot soapy water.

    Though we’ve had customers recommend the gentle cycle (cold water) and air drying or putting it in the dryer at medium/low heat. Proceed with caution at your own risk!

  • They are not machine washable. Spot clean or handwash only.

  • There is no guarantee that items will be restocked. We always try to restock highly requested items though!

MISC

  • Yes! The only thing I ask is that you send a photo after. Purchasing something through the shop is also greatly appreciated, though not necessary.

  • At this time, and forseeable future, Death Petal will only be participating in conventions across Canada.
